Will Carbs Make You Fat?
There’s much confusion over carbohydrates. Many people will ask “Will carbohydrates make me fat?” or “Does all carbohydrates make me fat?”
Weight Loss Las Vegas is here to answer those questions and that would be a flat out NO. Carbohydrates is what you need to make your body function properly. Without it, you will have no energy and your brain and spinal cord will suffer and not function well if you don’t eat carbohydrates.
So what exactly is carbs? Carbs can be breads, pasta, rice and potatoes. But there are some fruits and vegetables and beans that are considered carbohydrates also. When many people think of carbs they automatically think of breads and pasta, when actually its the fruits and vegetables that can give you the carbohydrates that your body needs as well.
When you eat carbohydrates your body will break them down into glucose. And glucose is what you need in order for your body to function properly. The problem is many people overindulge in carbohydrates, especially processed foods, baked foods and different types of pastas and breads. Once those carbs are broken down into glucose and your body doesn’t use them, then it turns that glucose into fat.
So you need carbs to produce energy and to function properly, but you don’t want to eat too much where you can gain weight.
