Hi my name is Michelle and I wanted to share with you why I created Weight Loss Las Vegas.

Losing weight has always been something difficult for me and as we head into the new year, I know that many people out there will try many different weight loss programs and sadly, many will fail to reach their weight loss goals.

I myself, just recently lost 30 pounds and I’ve never felt better and I’d like to show you how I did it.  So in  order to share my story and experience I created this website. I decided that instead of trying to compete globally, I wanted to take a more local approach and try reaching people in my own home town Las Vegas,NV and this seemed to be a great way to get the word out to those in Las Vegas who are looking to lose weight.

If you are anything like me and you’ve tried every diet and weight loss plan out there with varying results. If you are here now, those results are not what you were hoping for, right?

Been there, done that. I’ve tried low carbs, low calorie, high protein, no sugar, fruit only and so on and so forth. The list of popular diets I have tried  failed and I could not lose the weight I have packed on in over a 5 year period.

But fortunately I finally found something that worked and I want to share my journey with you. I didn’t have to starve myself or walk 50 miles to lose weight, it really was quite simple to be honest with you.

So welcome to Weight Loss Las Vegas, we will look at diets, nutrition, exercise and many other things that will help educate you and to ensure you reach your weight loss goals, whatever that may be.
